Naveen Radhappan

Naveen is a C-level facilities and asset management professional with a mission to marry the discrete aims of business, strategy, change, revenue growth and quality for optimum operations. Naveen’s energy and strategic, inclusive leadership style have helped reinvigorate teams negatively impacted by poor perceptions in a way that wins the acceptance of people across the board, improves the status quo, contains costs, and guarantees excellence. Over the course of his career that has spanned almost two decades, Naveen has made his way up the ladder—from early roles in project coordination, through a series of progressive engagements in operational management, business development, and general management, to today as Chief Executive Officer for Campeyn Group.

With each role held throughout his career, Naveen gained a wealth of experience and continued to build his reputation for professional excellence and personal integrity. As he grew and continued to develop the qualities that brought him success—creativity in problem-solving, enthusiasm, persuasiveness, leadership and effectiveness, Naveen discovered within a strong desire to apply the same business principles that made him successful to enrich the skills of others and has worked extensively in selecting and developing high potential staff and leading change.

Empowered by his astute business prowess, Naveen has employed a proven method of leadership that he has utilised in all his roles to improve quality, create formal processes and templates, architect solutions, and negotiate contracts that have built significant revenues and channel pipelines. He’s also guided and mentored teams to achieve ISO 55001 certification, is well-versed with ISO 41001 certification, has produced marketing collateral, created new services, and driven technically complex projects.
